• To analyze the University’s people processes through Analytics.• Designing and execution of few HR strategies for the employees globally, including Employee’s Joining & Induction process, Employee’s Performance Improvement, framing People Policies, Compliance adherence & Exit Management.• Building Performance Appraisal framework for faculty members under the aegis of the Vice Chancellor and executing it.

• To create a high performance, sustainable organization that meets its Goal• To recommend a robust process to Attract, Develop and Retain talent pool

• Coach and develop members on Performance Management, People Movement and Engagement to improve their efficiencies (especially amongst non-teaching)• Core member in building up the Performance Appraisal framework (PARS-F & PARS-S) under the aegis of Dean – Academic Affairs, and undertaking acquaintance sessions across all 1200+ employees (Faculty / Non – Teaching) on its guidelines and modifications• Instrumental in setting up People Policies• Partner with Director – Human Resources to create content and run specific People Development Programs• Responsible for People Planning and People Build by partnering with Director – HR• Perform staffing duties including dealing with understaffing, dispute management, termination, and administering disciplinary procedures• Develop compensation and benefit programs including salary normalization • A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard

• Responsible for recruiting software professionals of various technologies like Microsoft technologies, Java, C++, VC++, Test Engineers, Database, Network & System Administrators, Pre – Sales Consultants, Business Analysts. Thus hiring candidates from lower level to top executive management level.• Internal Marketing amongst the employees to enhance the in-flow of resumes.• Widen the pool of external consultants• Maintaining Databank of candidate’s resumes received by various sources and tracking record of the same. Database Management and data analysis to analyze the performance of the interviewers, gauge the most effective source of database, Total candidates joined of various levels, and several other data analysis.• Conducting Cross Functional meet between different teams with an intent to bridge team gaps• Framing HR policies & procedures.• One amongst the core member in documentation in compliance with CMMi.• Handling employee grievances and queries and escalating the same to the concerned Department/ person• Handled September 2007’s appraisal of around 350+ employees.
