Menzies Macau is the only provider of support services to airlines at Macau International Airport, which provides all ramp and cargo handling, passenger services and aircraft line maintenance.As one of the senior managers and reporting to the MD of the Company and Group HR, the responsibilities are directing the HR team to meet Company's expectations in this limited talent market. From July 2011, apart from HR, I also oversee the Operations/Flight Control Department with 25 team members that provide ground services' coordinations and weight & balance load control to airlines.
