I am a passionate software architect and hardware developer with over a decade of experience in various technology companies. I am currently leading various technical initiatives at Skawen, where we are creating cutting-edge proptech solutions that improve any building's performance and reduce its environmental impact.My professional journey took off at Skype, a platform where I contributed for over 12 years. Throughout that period, I played a key role in the development of various versions of the product. My tenure at Skype not only polished my expertise but also offered me an in-depth understanding of the complex dynamics of the tech industry. My passion for innovation also extends to hardware solutions; I have created unique exhibits for the AHHAA Science Centre in Tartu. In addition, I have co-supervised various master's and bachelor's degrees at the University of Tartu and have ported the RCSnail remote control software to control a real car via video feed for the University of Tartu's Autonomous Driving Lab. In addition, I've been involved in the Solaride project, supervising a team of students building a solar car.Guiding my work is a relentless curiosity, a commitment to technical excellence, and a strong interest in environmental sustainability. I've integrated these principles into my professional life.
