I have been working in various roles in engineering organisations throughout the past 30 years. I am currently the CEO and Co-founder of Skawen Group, where we recover property/building energy and improve Indoor Air Quality including design and production of Air Handling Units with a highly efficient heat recovery. For as long as I can remember, I was chosen as a group representative and sports captain. It wasn't because I was the best, but because I was trusted by everyone to speak for their concerns. From the very beginning, my strength has been my ability to create and sustain trusted professional relationships. One of the most transformative experiences in my life happened when I moved from Sweden to the UK for my A-levels. I came across people from various cultures and made life-long friends. I was also given the opportunity to visit German speaking countries to study and work there. This experience, especially at such an early stage in my life, opened my eyes to the possibilities of cross-cultural collaborations.I have since been working in the field of engineering in various roles. I have worked in corporate organizations and as a private consultant. I have also been tasked with creating companies in multiple countries from scratch. My particular areas of expertise include:Interim Management: Provide skilled interim management for immediate hands-on support through periods of growth, change, or loss of key management. Change Management/Management Consulting: This is a highly specific skill set often absent in an organization. This includes both management processes and employee leadership.Project Management: My specific focus here is on risk analysis. It is the key to success and should be revised as the project evolves. Start-up Management: I have set up a number of companies in various parts of Europe, including Sweden, Austria, and Estonia. Each start-up came with its own set of challenges. The most important factors for success are preparation and perceptive management.
Listed skills include Start Ups, Business Development, Business Strategy, Manufacturing, and 21 others.
