I launched the Harborne office in 2012 and I became the youngest Martin & Co franchisee at the age of 24. The business has grown year on year to become the leading agent in the area by 2015 and we have maintained this position since. In 2017 we launched our second office in the Jewellery Quarter district of Birmingham City Centre specialising in City Centre apartments. Both offices are in the top 5 Martin & Co offices in the UK with the Birmingham City office being number 1. Throughout this period we have grown to a team of over 50 people with around 200 years combined estate agency experience. Each year we let around 1500 properties and sell around 200 properties across our 2 offices.
