I have fair knowledge on project management concepts and construction management practices and proficient in use of programming softwares like Primavera p6 ,MS office suites ,BI tools pactionioner .covering other aspects of responsibilities including resource loading , updating and establishing dynamic CPM logic, adjusting floats for the justified activity/project delays ,Analyzing and reporting variances and other key metrics to measure performance of projects using EVM(PV ,EV,AC,SPI,CPI,BAC) resource optimisation ,collaborating with purchase dept etc.I have sound knowledge on delay analysis technique( Extensions of time ) and claims management based on fidic contract conditions covering detailed study of dynamic-in window analysis,Time impact analysis for the project to benefit of entitlement on disruption claims , prolongation costs and time extension , after thorough assessment of concurrency delay ( Compensable or Non-Compensable -distinguishing between the parties )I have sound experience and successfully availed the time extension and compensation for prolongation , acceleration cost in my previous working firms .
