Currently working in ESG department in corporate office overlooking the ESG / HSSE activities of all waste management plants under this portfolio which includes verticals like Bio-CNG, Compost, Waste to Energy, Construction and demolition recycling and Collection and transportation. Supporting and guiding the entire team in implementing all ESG related goals and Health and safety activities.1. ESG & Sustainability• Coordinate with operation team and develop ESG objectives and targets for the organization.• Supervising the MIS collection process and preparing annual ESG / Sustainability reports using GRI standards.• Identify GHG sources and sinks and develop strategies to address issues such as energy reduction, recycling, plastic waste management, reduction of carbon footprint, etc.• Evaluate techno-commercial proposals for sustainability projects, considering factors such as regulatory needs, cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and integration with other initiatives.• Conduct ESDD assessment for the operating projects / under construction projects / projects under consideration and develop, implement and follow up with ESAP.• Identify ESG related risks and propose mitigants for all waste management projects under company’s portfolio.• Deployment of ESG reporting tools like UPDAPT & Process Map across the organization.• Conduct weekly review meeting with ESG / EHS team to understand the ESGMS progress across the organization.• Prepare and submit periodic ESG reports to Investors and other interested parties.• Deployment of ESG reporting tools like UPDAPT & Process Map across the organization.2.

Worked in IEISL as Manager – Environment / Technical Operations in various verticals like erection and commissioning of waste management plants, Operation, Consultancy, Health and safety, Integrated Management System Implementation and EHS management.3. Occupational Health & Safety• Promote a strong safety culture & continuous improvement related to the safety management system through recognition programs. • Support management in developing and implementing proper management system for improving the overall EHS performance of the company.• Advising on statutory requirements to the management related to HSE and ensure compliance related to Environment, Health and safety norms.• Design and implementation of Integrated Management System which includes QMS, EMS and OHS Management. • Execute Environmental / Safety audits and other internal assessments. • Identifying safety training needs at the plant level for developing a stringent safety culture. • Prepare PPE specification; conduct PPE trials and development of better alternatives wherever required.• Train the EHS team in operation of pollution control facilities ETP, STP, and ZLD and workplace monitoring LUX, NOISE, and HUMIDITY.• • Involved in consultancy services like providing advisory / transaction services to state governments in managing their waste management programs which included preparation of DPR, RFP and selecting the project proponent.• Involved in policy advocacy with MOEFCC, CPCB and other Institutional mechanisms in developing the polices, rules and guide liens related to waste management projects.

• Managing the field engineers, assisting them in solving complex problems and coordination.• Ensure the quality of servicing meets the customer satisfaction.• Finalising the Annual Maintenance contracts from the customers.• Plan, execute and following up the project activities.• Managing the materials department and ensure that Field engineers get the uninterrupted supply of spares.• Interact with the customers, analyzing their feed back and reschedule the service tactics.• Deals in Techno-commercials issues like participating in the bidding process,submitting the proposals and take part in the presales activities and the post execution of the contractsAreas of proficiency:• Installation and troubleshooting of WIN 95, WIN 98, WIN NT, WIN 2K Server and WIN XP and VISTA.• Configurations and installation of RAID.• Troubleshooting of HP, Compaq, IBM, DELL machines, laptops& servers.• Troubleshooting of Symantec and TrendmicroAntivirus Server Corporate edition & clients.• Good knowledge of printer deskjet, dmp laser printer & print server configuration.• Good Knowledge of network cabling & setup of LAN hardware like switch Hub, jack panels, cat 5&6,color coding of straight & cross cables, punching crimping of cables.• Having good expertise in vendor management, Call management and customer interaction and materials management.
