• Maintaining regular contact with clients and their Management Accountants/Bookkeepers to manage the relationship on behalf of the partners;• Delegating and reviewing work of Junior Accountants as well as assisting the partners in invoicing of clients;• Managing workflow of Junior Accountant as well as training existing accountants on BGL and reviewing their work papers and audit files;• Providing high level strategic and researched taxation and structuring advice as well as transaction planning for succession and acquisitions;• Meeting and engaging lawyers on behalf of clients as required and regularly liaising with them to achieve a favorable outcome;

Preparing Annual Accounts and Tax Returns for SME’s ($5 - $10 Million groups)viz. Companies, Family Trusts, Unit Trusts, SMSF’s and Private Ancillary Charitable Trusts as well as High Net Worth Individuals;Reconciling Balance sheet, Bank, Loan, Debtors, Creditors, Tax accounts and the relevant Balance Sheet accounts as and when required;Preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual BAS along with the necessary working papers and their timely lodgment;Ensuring client’s compliance with various laws both Federal and State viz.
