I am responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing, assessing, and recommending candidates, and maintaining ZenDesk Global’s ongoing client relationship. I use our product to develop exercises and analyze candidate performance against benchmark profiles.

Source a pipeline of qualified and available candidates across multiple job disciplines and focuses within the DoD, public/private sector and Corporate recruiting • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting • Manage a req load of 10-15 openings • Headhunt for the best technical talent • Assist on finding Key Personnel for Federal proposals • Network extensively in the marketplace to ensure access to the best and brightest talent for every search • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their needs • Deliver an awesome candidate experience to each person who walks through the door. • Negotiate every detail of hiring a future employee down to the most minute details while keeping the process exciting and the candidate engaged • Ensure that candidate data is up to date in ATS • Preparing status reports and attending staffing meetings on a bi-weekly basis
