As Regional Head, IL&FS ETS Ltd., Rajasthan, I was leading the teams of the three faculties -Cluster Development, Skill Development and Education. The work domain included Complete ownership of the performance of the Region  Planning for prospective mandates for the Region and setting the targets for each of the three faculties Preparing proposals and presentations in consultation with the domain experts Providing guidance to the teams for getting and implementing the mandates Leading the teams for presentations and interaction with prospective clients Visiting project sites, overseeing and monitoring the implementation of existing mandates Preparing Financial and Physical progress reports for both in-house analysis cum monitoring and for apprising the clients Interfacing and liaising with the existing clients Coordinating between the Regional and Central personnel Having periodic reviews with teams  Corresponding and attending meetings with the clients Overseeing billing and collection Representing the Region in Annual Meets Administrating the office and ensuring various internal and external compliances Doing policy advocacy Being the face of the Organization
