During my work as head of Customer care (Technical) over the years, I have excelled in identifying, evaluating, and managing a robust dealer processes, SPD processes and guided one of the largest Customer Care team in Automobile sector to achieve bench mark turn-around time in Commercial Vehicle service. I played a pivotal role in achieving a growing market share in customer Care through strategic process improvements. Additionally, I have been instrumental in achieving bench mark warranty cost for Commercial Vehicles in India. Not only this, but I have also been a proficient trainer on Six Sigma methodology, Problem solving, TQM methodology and strategic management techniques. I had an opportunity to learn Quality Skills from Quality Guru Dr Kano. I have guided the team to develop unique process using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning enabling team to predict vehicle performance in terms of Fuel Effeciency within an accuracy of 95% and more. Champion of big data analytics, shared services, and back-office support, aiming to revolutionize operations and provide critical business insights.My professional journey has been diverse, encompassing critical roles including as Quality Head and Customer care technical Head in Tata Motors.
