I am responsible for-WNS Collateral support (Case Studies / Articles / Whitepapers / Brochures and Flyers for the web-site.-Documentation work associated with RFPs/RFIs-Prospective client visit presentations-Sales Presentations-WNS business reviews

BRAND BUILDING : Partnering with internal & external teams to shape a strong brand, develop innovative, eye-catching campaigns to increase brand awareness, solidify audience loyalty and drive targets. Built the long-term success of the brand through marketing and advertising; Development of innovative ‘interactives’ to increase brand awareness, Support to Functions & Business Units in delivering high-quality graphic design and web development. COMMUNICATION :Create strategic advantage for a brand through target-specific communication; Partnering with teams to deliver consistent, coordinated and timely communication to a wide range of audience. Develop marketing plans and merchandise assortment; ensuring Brand presence while delivering great value, quality and style.MEDIA & VENDOR RELATIONS: Vendor Identification & Development - Experts and quality providers in specific product categories; Research & analyze vendor performance; Liaison to create innovative products in line with the brand culture; Evaluate consumption patterns; maintain inventory stock levels (in-stocks) and inventory allocation.
