Program Management• Worked as Program Manager providing complete repair services for all major mobile phones customers and ensuring end-to-end service management and Created business case with annual saving of $2.5m• Defined roadmap for delivering new launches & managing the way program is managed across India.• Responsible for managing the programs from launch till recycle and ensure deliverables for each milestone are met within the project imperatives with a network of 15 branches and 350 authorized Service Partners• Played a Stellar role in generating revenue of approximately $40k monthly by providing L1, L2, L3 and L4 services and offer warranty and post warranty repair support for Mobile Handsets (GSM and CDMA), FWP Phones (Fixed Wireless Phones) and FWTs (Fixed Wireless Terminals), and PDA Phones (Personal Digital Assistant). • Huawei, Motorola, UTStarcom, Axesstel, Sungil Telecom, Virgin Mobile. Reliance, Tata Indicom and ZTE are the customers program managed with end to end service support by developing close rapport with the customers.• Driving weekly/fortnightly/monthly service management calls with clients In charge of Call Management, Call processing and Call control activities and Day-to-day activities on all India basis and managing stock inventory at various Service Centers & forecasting to arrange spare parts distribution as per MSL or call load.• Multi-tasking multiple programs and sub-projects/work streams, while working independently with little supervision.
