Current Build relationships with Customers/ Companies / DHL to good parts delivery as per ETA and timely faulty parts pickup by DHL. Coordination with partners in order to smooth operation and avoid any time of escalations. Implementation Company process with partners works as SPOC for North. Open box audit (OBA) done by partners any suspected/ damag/ Mismatch found take it up with DHL and OEM. Co-ordinate with DHL courier person for timely material collection & Track to timely deliver the shipment to DHL Hub. Manage Reverse Logistic from North thru DHL Visiting on monthly basis or as required to Partners for process related and training purpose for smooth operation Process control & Dispatched reporting to management on Weekly & Monthly basis. Checked proper documentation manifest/ DC E-way bill etc. before forwarding the material to his destination. Handling all type of escalation from DHL HUB like wrong shipment, mismatched etc. and any courier partner’s related issues. Work on weekly report received from Manager in order to pendency and coordinate to partners to handover parts to DHL within current week and achieve the weekly target. Work on float pendency SEZ locations and get appointment from customer/ CX and after got appointment arrange parts collection as per the gate pass or as per Customer/ CX availability. Taking all escalated queries from L2 & resolve ASAP Ensuring 100% connectivity with on time. Ensuring 100% service quality as per data quality.
