• Grade 3(E) Member of Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA) • Providing Commissioning guidelines to the MEP contractor for all MEP Services and Building Solutions.• Monitor the subcontractor during testing activities to ensure compliance with the agreed test procedure • Review of methods statements and contractors inspection request for testing and commissioning • Review general specs, electrical and mechanical specs and contract drawings to understand the intent and the scope of work.• Testing and Commissioning of Electrical installations including MDB’s, SMDB’s, MCC’s ,DB’s, testing of HV/LV cables and make sure all the services are done as per the design specifications and client requirements.• Carry out inspections for Fire and life safety systems like continuity and Megger testing of instrument cables, loop checks of smoke detectors, fire alarm speakers & sounder base, sprinkler systems, leakage test of fire hose reels etc• Witness of BMS system, DDC Control Panels, Communicative FCU Controllers.• Testing of security systems including CCTV, access control, security bollards and turnstiles.

Transmission, Protection and Maintenance.• Installation of 11KV Control Panels (Easun Reyrolle & ABB) and 110KV Control Panels (ALSTOM France) in the Substation Control Room, after testing all Relays and Meters in the panel.• Installation testing & commissioning of Power transformers in the substation yard.• Asset Mapping of the entire distribution network including the Distribution Transformers and Feeders, Low Tension lines, poles and other distribution network equipment.• Preparation of Base-line data for the project area covering Consumer Indexing, GIS Mapping, Metering of Distribution Transformers and Feeders, and Automatic Data Logging for all Distribution Transformers and Feeders and SCADA / DMS system.• Renovation, modernization and strengthening of 11 KV level Substations, Transformers/Transformer Centres, Re-conductoring of lines at 11KV level and below, Load Bifurcation, Feeder Separation, Load Balancing, Aerial Bunched Conductoring in dense areas, replacement of electromagnetic energy meters with tamper proof electronic meters, installation of capacitor banks and mobile service centers etc. In exceptional cases, where the sub-transmission system is weak, strengthening at 33 kV or 66 kV levels may also be considered• Providing engineering support to all the activities and maintaining the quality of the work.
