The intellectual capacity increases along with social ethics and economic benefit. Such education must reach the weaker sections of society. Aligning with this thought, I have closely experienced and worked on the issues of Socially excluded groups such as NT/DNT Communities, Tribals, etc.My skills are embedded through my experience in developing pedagogy, project management, mentoring & leadership development, advocacy, liaison with the Education Department, and networking.
