  As the Director of Education, I am responsible for the strategy, development, coordination, and execution of all Association’s professional development programs. I report directly to the Chief Learning Officer and supervise the Educational Programs and Services Manager.This position is also responsible for working with staff in informing the process and decision for the best Learning Management System software for NACAS, within budget and feasibility with existing technology infrastructure. The Director of Education is responsible for the management and oversight of the Learning Management System in addition to any other learning technology system partners that NACAS aligns with.
