I lead the McKinsey Capability Center (MCC) in India which provides Capability building programs where individuals can improve their skills and learn by doing in a safe and trusting environment. Focusing on operational excellence and grounded in lean principles topics offered include lean manufacturing, service operations, product development, sourcing, supply chain, marketing and sales, business excellence and leadership. As a leader and faculty of the McKinsey Capability Center, I led the design, development, build-out and launch of the center in Gurgaon in 2013 and Chennai in 2017. I am focused on my passion putting my skills to good use and inspire clients to reach for their full potential while equipping them with the new skills and capabilities to advance their continuous improvement journey. Over the last 5 years, I led 150+ learning programs training 3000+ individuals from 50+ unique organizations across industries. I host clients to the center to understand their Capability building requirements and share our Capability building approach. I also provide them with a tour of the facility to showcase our experiential learning solutions which are used for Capability building. I have deep expertise in designing and delivering capability building programs for Executives, Managers, and Change Agents and creating cutting-edge learning environments to facilitate new skill building.
