Emea Technical Leader - Enterprise Labs
CurrentRe-architecting, remediation and general improvement of the dedicated UK government “G-Cloud” stack which services DWP and MoJ accounts in DXC. Stakeholder management between DWP and MoJ customers and DXC, managing and setting business and technical deliverables whilst maintaining best practices and standards.Responsibilities• Provides daily operational and tactical support to lab solutions across both the PaaS and IaaS environments• Works in collaboration with Lab Architects and Solution Leads to develop and implement technical roadmaps for the various technology stacks within the environment• Technical liaison for high profile customers such as government departments within DWP and MoJ• Mentors Solution Leads for the 8 capability areas of the lab environment• Carries out technical assurance reviews and signs off on project Technical Designs such as HLD, LLD & Bill of Materials• First line of escalation for technical issues from Solution Leads• Engaging with and managing interactions with 3rd party suppliers• Participate/lead eLabs EMEA solution leads meetingFor a list of deliverables achieved please see my CV or contact me.
