As a Senior Assistant Manager, I am responsible to managed 5-10 members of team.Handling client recruitments at all levels, sourcing of profiles, screening, scheduling interviews handling the entire cycle of recruitment process.Understanding the clients’ requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.Develop and maintain a database of applicants that can be used for identifying good applicants for the future and present.
