PM working on growing Microsoft's low-code/no-code automation product, Power AutomateDelivered product capabilities across collaboration, integration and admin/management management areas across both RPA and DPA (API driven automation)Select achievements:- Developed and executed on an industry-first SaaS embed strategy. Partnered closely with BD and Legal to finalize deal structure and terms for both custom and programmatic deals to drive extensibility via ISVs- Defined and developed new APIs to extend product integration, and worked day-to-day with strategic partners to launch embedded offering, which was featured in Satya's Inspire keynote- Worked across organizations and shipped several admin-facing features (Customer Managed Encryption Keys, Runtime scaling, advanced management etc) to drive enterprise usage and adoption at scale- Partnered closely with sales to dislodge competition from some of the largest enterprise RPA deployments. Worked directly with customer's CoE team to drive enterprise wide adoption- Defined and developed industry leading collaboration features (commenting, co-presence, enhanced sharing etc) within the low-code/no-code space- Created the product strategy around RPA migration. PM on the Microsoft Virtual Agents team. - Drove the Science and Experimentation roadmap for Skylight, Microsoft consumer chat bot, one of the largest chat bot deployments in the world - Executed dozens of A/B tests spanning conversational AI models, fallback strategies and UX designs. Improved the performance of Microsoft consumer support chat bot by 100+% YoY

Drove SMB strategy and revenue growth via customer lifecycle optimizations- Developed new customer engagement models to drive SMB growth; Created new customer segmentation models and services strategy for tens of thousands of SMB customers worldwide- Formulated new KPIs to measure business health; Drove segment performance by driving cross-functional programs to improve acquisition funnels and reduce customer churn

Drove monetization projects across Display and Search Advertising marketplaces- Managed Bing Ads' Contextual Ads product: Drove business strategy, partner management, and marketplace management- Performed deep analyses to unearth insights on Bing RPS movements with platform changes and user behavior shifts.
