Ensuring that collections are well within 30 days credit period.Coordinating with 7 Exide manufacturing plants for production and dispatches to Bawal Plant as per the required volume and model forecasted.To ensure that charged batteries are delivered to the OEMs as per their nagare requirement.Achievement:Reduced the warranty in the Delhi NCR region by 64% by providing service batteries to the MSIL dealers basis their service volumes.Improved the vendor rating from 262 to 169 in a span of 6 months.
