Urgent issue of any kind of breakdown of barges attended and finalized on top most priority to keep the smooth operations of Barges. Develop, lead and execute purchasing Strategies, Perform cost and scenario of analysis and benchmarking Assess, Manage and mitigate risks , monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
