Job ResponsibilitiesTo advise and assist the Company Managers and other persons involved in planning, organizing, controlling and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for workOrganizing, Coordinating and Conducting HSE Inductions, safety meetings and record all informationPrepare HSE Management Plan, Procedures and Risk Assessment according to the work specificationAccident Investigation, reporting and Preparation of safety statistics as per client requirementsConducting Training program for new employees and visitors.To lead safety inspectors on various activities.Developing and sustaining a culture of safety Attend and Participate in management walkthrough for site inspectionTo conduct safety committee meetings, prepare minute with action plan & follow up the same with regular update to top management.Responsible for identifying hazardous workplace conditions.Takes samples and measurements of hazardous materials, and coordinates the removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards.Trains employees on safety policies, procedures and regulations.Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations, standards and ensures necessary records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines.Participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.

Job Responsibilities To assist in and or develop and implement the companies health and safety policies and related rules, regulations and work procedures. Ensure that the company’s workplace risk assessments are completed for all activities with significant risks and Hazardous items and substances are identified and appropriate safe systems of work are implemented to ensure safe use. To advise and support all departments, in making sure that all employees follow procedures. Carries out inspections of workplaces and takes appropriate action to ensure compliance.Responds to and investigates concerns and complaints from workers/employers and takes appropriate action. Investigates accidents and injuries that occur in the workplace. Responsible for the establishment of, and monitors the performance of, workplace safety and health committees. Participation in the delivery of related training programs and disseminates information to employees. Coordinates and implementation of Permit to work system between Client and Contractors. Inspection of Plant and equipment for Client approval and record maintain of all lifting tools and tackles. Site audit and vehicle inspection. Induction and Training of employees and visitors. Update the opening and closing of the permits in the PTW master file on daily basis. Complete coordination, documentation pertaining to PTW system being implemented by Client (Qatar Petroleum) and it's applicability to the project and on the respective subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities Overall responsible for implementing CTJV safety policies & procedures on LNG tank area, on plot & off plot area. To be team member of safety officers on various safety matters. To monitor activities of sub contractors. (CCIC & IHI ) To work as a team member of a management walk through during site safety inspections. To observe tool box talk meetings conducted by sub contractors Interact with Department Head, Supervisors and conduct HSE activities Working for Qatar Gas Extension of trains in gas plant and construction of LNG gas tank, Covered by civil work to mechanical and electrical.
