Currently, I work as a Location Manager for Collections at Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd., an NBFC. Since May 2022, I have been responsible for ensuring that collections do not flow into NPA buckets and for rolling back collections from 90+ to 60 and 60+ to 30. Through this work, I have helped reduce NPA and convert it into No Dues bucket. Additionally, I track daily branch activities and report to higher authorities to ensure smooth operations.Before my current role, I worked at Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. as a Marketing Executive for almost 6 years. In this role, I was responsible for financing three-wheeler autos and SCVs and achieving monthly targets. I interacted with the credit team to disburse financed cases and maintained good relationships with dealers and DSE. I also managed collections for up to 12 months and maintained productivity and portfolio.Overall, my experience has taught me the value of collaboration, hard work, and dedication in achieving organizational goals. I am excited to continue growing in my career and contributing to the success of the organizations I work for.
