The Project was to develop a “Card Payment Processor” for SWBC that will replace ECM (Electronic Cash Management) application. The Card payment processor product was developed using Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards, a public cloud hosted environment that uses cloud native services such as micro services architecture and infrastructure to interact with Wells Fargo and First Data and provide all the payment processor related capabilities.

As a Business Analyst within a leading banking institution, I played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of a core banking system upgrade project. The project aimed to modernize the bank's legacy infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. It Involved data migration where the current process migrated to IDQ to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports thru tableau instead of excel.

Created digital/Online banking experience for current automobile customers in converting their existing US Bank auto lease-to-Loan application where current US Bank customers can update their existing automobile lease by uploading their personal information on newly created Tesla loan application. This application was implemented for both windows and mobile users.
