Since childhood, I've always had a knack for understanding complex systems, and it eventually led me to my passion - optimizing supply chains. Upon completing my graduation, I embarked on my professional journey as a Supply Chain Associate at Byju's.While working at Byju's I was part of a team that used to audit all the sales and optimize supply chain process. My team and I successfully automated 40% of the work in order fulfillment process while increasing the order fulfilment rate by 15% and reduced 25% of the fake sales.Over 2 years period, I worked persistently on various cross functional projects and managed to improve operational efficiency by 20% for which I got awarded with Guts and Greet award. With my experience in Supply chain optimization, I was ready for a new challenge. That's when I made the move to MSI services as Associate - Sales support.At MSI services, I work with a dedicated team to manage orders, optimize truck deliveries, and coordinate internal transfers to maintain optimal stock levels. We devise inventory management strategies that enhance accuracy levels and drive cost savings in supply chain operations.When I'm not knee-deep in spreadsheets and inventory reports, I volunteer with a non-profit that provide education to poor Childrens.
