*Key Responsibilities:*1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.2. Support in recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.3. Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.4. Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws (e.g., Shops and Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, LWF, PT, etc).5. Drive organizational change management, cultural transformation, and process improvements.6. Analyze HR metrics, provide insights, and recommend data-driven decisions.7. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, Due Diligence and regulatory bodies (e.g., PF, ESI, Labor Department).8. Manage HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.9. Collaborate with business leaders to understand HR needs and deliver tailored solutions.10. Leading Project for implementation of different HR modules on Multiple HRIS platforms (SaaS).11. Co-ordination & liasioning with the local Govt. body to manage labour affairs.
