Currently working as Process Manager in Asset Servicing - Corporate Actions claims settlements for Coupons & Dividends. - Manage & lead the team. Assign daily BAU to the team. Ensure all BAU activities are completed. Evaluate team performance- Schedule and conduct meetings with the clients. - Prepare financial reports & presentation for weekly business review with client.- Prepare and deliver content for weekly operational reports and operational status meetings.- Responsible for resource management and allocation of work within the team.- Starting from a processing role and moving entirely to a people management was not an easy task but learned many things in this journey.Also has experience in trade reconciliation, reconciling Derivative instruments like equity, foriegn exchange, fixed income, repos, IRD | Also holds experience in Global security operations into investment banking.
