Managers and I worked on creating a pipeline or a pattern in terms of the code, size & performance optimizations, and look & feel of the application that was to be followed by other developers. I supported, solved, and provided solutions to the developers if they faced problems in obtaining the required output. I managed the projects & kept track of my team's daily work log to ensure the projects were delivered at the correct timeline. I also developed and shipped client-side live projects as well as POC projects. I managed a 3D art team who were highly skilled in creating 3D models, textures, rigging & animation. The developers communicated with me about their asset requirements after which I managed and allocated resources from my team to work on the requirement. Being a developer myself, I used to think from the perspective of the developer about how the 3D model should actually come out to get the desired output for the project and coordinated the same with my 3D team to deliver top quality best assets. I was the first tech employee at DLearners. I was in-charge of the development of 4 mobile applications right from the documentation, content, story line, designing, art, development, improvements and maintenance. It is basically an interactive video call E-Learning session that happens between the child and a special educator. Also had the opportunity to train and manage a 3 member team of Unity developers. I designed, developed and published 6 mobile games on Google play store. They are simple games with a subtle artwork. Genres of these games include Arcade & Hyper-casual. These games were developed for the purpose of killing time and having fun playing them. Core mechanics of most of these games include High score system, Timer system, In game currency and shop system, Physics and other basic functionalities. Some of the games have Google Admob and Unity Ads integrated. I have integrated Google play In-App purchase functionality as well in one of these games.
