I have in excess of 33 years of production experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. This experience includes familiarity with all facets of batch and continuous plant operations including raw material procurement, scheduling, trouble-shooting and customer support for various products. These products including thermoset resins, formaldehyde, and wax emulsions typically used in the forest products industry, also Triazines used in the Oil and Gas Industry.I have worked closely with the Supply Chain organization within Momentive ( Hexion) since its inception at our facility. I was currently the SAP, Subject Matter Expert (SME) for manufacturing for the largest two facilities within the region. Participant in the local SQP and SPC program to help drive not only production improvements but safety improvements within our organization as well. I was also involved in some of the Environmental duties with in the facility.I have strong analytical experience and have good PC skills, familiarity with Word, Excel, and communicate regularly with others utilizing Lotus Notes and other Internet e-mail systems such as Outlook Express. I also utilize these tools to write, review, and update operating procedures in conjunction with other site personnel. Work with and direct others to accomplish personal and corporate goals.Currently I am the Lead Board Operator at Canyon Midstream. I am responsible for all operations in the plant and direct two outside operators to keep the plant running at full capacity.
