Internal Communications Manager
CurrentDevelop, implement, and manage communication plans and change initiatives. Work closely with Executive Team and cross-functional departments to ensure employees are prepared for and engaged in organizational changes.- Develop and execute a comprehensive comms strategy conveying company’s goals, reflecting its values, promoting leadership alignment, and nurturing employee engagement through rapid growth and change.- Design, write, and edit broad range of executive-level communication experiences for internal audiences covering company business updates, news, and “need to know” information.- Facilitate change management company-wide, Identifying potential challenges, resistance, and obstacles and developing strategies to address them.
