With a clear goal to restructure the creative communication on all possible levels within the creative team, during my short time at Zenjob, the total conversion value of all campaigns we managed to launch was 231K€, all the while keeping the cost per sign-up as low as 4,8€. With an overall onboarding rate of 18% in UAC and over 11,60% in SoMe paid, the first campaign I produced with Zenjob (“Mach mehr aus ein bisschen extra”) had a 382% ROI in CRM only.

Creative concept development in 360 campaigns for McDonald’s Germany. Worked closely with teams, other departments, clients and production houses in overseeing the development and implementation process of our campaigns. Collaborating with the strategic department in establishing clear and innovative grounds for creative work. Involved in major pitches, notably Volkswagen Germany, who became our client.

This role started with repositioning KFC as a brand and continued with clients like Beko, Mastercard and Coca-Cola as main regional clients. My attributions meant working closely with my team in finding creative executions in integrated, classic ATL and cross-platform campaigns, collaborating with other departments and production houses as well as other network agencies in order to oversee the creative development and focus on award winning work. This position was closely fuelled by the idea we could hack the market and offer award driven solutions. During this tenure I was awarded Art Director of the Year.

As head of design, my attributions included coordinating my seven assigned teams and closely collaborating with other departments in managing the quality of all digital design deliverables across all campaigns I was tasked with. I was personally involved in the execution of more complex projects and platforms across all of our client portfolios. While my main focus was to maintain or establish a design language my clients would follow, I also played part in the implementation processes, built production briefs and tested our launches.

My first role in advertising started in Leo Burnett Bucharest. This position had a strong digital focus but its ultimate goal was the effective building of integrated and online driven campaigns. The first pitch I ever won led to a campaign that brought Telekom eight effectiveness awards, leading to a Grand Effie for sustained overall success in Engaged Comunities.

I started off as a web designer for a Swedish startup which effectively built the largest platform for job applications in Sweden. Learning, designing, prototyping, wireframing, testing and working closely with our developers. This job taught me a great deal about usability, UX and the process of creating a digital platform.
