Foundation for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (FIED) is the incubation centre of IIMKashipur with an objective to nurture and strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem of India. It is fullyowned & hosted on the campus of IIM Kashipur with a dedicated space of 20,000 square feet. FIEDincubates the most promising startups of India in the domain agriculture, education, healthcare, logistics& supply chain, green energy, waste management, tourism, social entrepreneurship andsustainable development goals. It supports start-ups in finetuning the business idea, developing aminimum viable product, making short and long-term business plans, providing market connections forproducts/services, connecting to angel investors/early-stage venture capital firms for seed funding,facilitating in business collaborations and help in growing from seed to series funding level.As CEO of FIED, I have been entrusted with the following responsibilities:1. Identify, engage and manage multiple stakeholders including Government, entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, academic institutions, etc.2. Develop and execute a comprehensive annual startup incubation plan.3. Design and deliver training programs and mentorship to the incubated startups.4. Implement various entrepreneurship development initiatives.5. Facilitate access to resources, including funding, talent, and market opportunities, for incubation center.6. Evaluate and select startups for incubation, and manage their progress and success throughout the incubation period.7. Represent IIM Kashipur FIED in relevant forums and events, and serve as a spokesperson for the startup and enterprise support programs.8. Manage multi-disciplinary teams and partners.

The World Bank funded National Rural Economic Transformation Project(NRETP) incubator program with Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (BRLPS)-JEEVIKA for incubating SHG women run business ventures in Bihar.• Develop 150 women led enterprises (in manufacturing and service sectors) as formal enterprises and build them as legal entities with proper business models.• Help the incubated enterprises increase revenue by 15% from the baseline (on year-on-year basis).• Create business models for Generating local employment. • Improve creditworthiness of these enterprises and enable them access credit from formal financial institutions. • Create model for replication across the state.• Capacitate the women entrepreneurs to enable them running the business themselves.• Develop partnerships with innovators to catalyze growth of rural enterprises.

•Support district to review Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) and develop equitable, gender responsive and contextual district AIP to accelerate the health and nutrition status of the districts.•Formation of model block and intensive intervention villages with target of fast improvement in maternal and child health indicators by establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) of identified key action items.•Conduct supportive supervision of on-going trainings of Anganwadi workers, ASHA and other health care officials to capacitate human resource on health and nutrition and quality assurance.•Analyze fortnightly progress data based on AIP, spot checks and supervision and prepare district factsheet/score cards.•Present district factsheet, bottlenecks and way forward to DM/CDO and CDMO.•Conduct spot check of Health care facilities, Anganwadi centers, Schools, against the GOI standard and observations record and share.•Facilitate cross-learning sessions and workshops for accelerate Health and nutrition outcomes and convergent activities•Work closely with district and block level NHM & ICDS to develop training plans for ANM, ASHA, Anganwadi workers and ensure timely and smooth implementation of trainings and refreshers.

Project run by American India Foundation (AIF) • Manage key activities related to home based new born care (HBNC) for every new born in project villages covering 5.2 lakhs population of 160 villages of Narsan & Bhagwanpur development blocks in Haridwar district of Uttarakhand. • Lead public health innovations to counter hypothermia in newborns in MANSI Haridwar by designing wooden warm box (incubator), kangaroo mother care bag and warm transit bag. • Successful implementation of MANSI program in 02 blocks of district Haridwar laid foundation for receiving extension letter for expansion of MANSI to entire district from district administration. • Managing large scale program visits of leadership team of American India Foundation consisting of board members, CEO, Country Director, Director-Programs and Donor representatives in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in Haridwar. • Documentation of successful management of low birth weight babies in form of story book (Wo Nanhi Muskaan) in MANSI Haridwar and assist in getting it launched by Director General-Uttarakhand State Healthcare Department.

1) Offering the innovative low cost E-learning solution to budget private schools under the brand name Classvidya in North India.2) Working towards capacity building of school management related to usage of ICT towards improvement in learning outcomes of students.3) Manage the entire operations of Edwell Solutions ensuring on time delivery of quality services to portfolio schools.4) Building a robust technology framework consisting of periodical impact assessment of students highlighting the areas of improvement.5) Piloting the concept of E-library with schools where students from budget private schools are exposed to usage of Edutabs for individual & group learning.

• Plan and manage human and financial resources and processes related to project WATSAN undertaken by organization.• Ensure the Project Implementation plan is delivered timely and effectively to ensure sustainability of the project interventions beyond project end.• Conduct proper utilization check of beneficiaries selected under WATSAN project with introduction of tools to avoid wrong selection of beneficiaries.• To develop better coordination between MFI & NGO partner working on a similar projects with identified resposibilities for both the parties.• To facilitate effective coordination and joint planning between all stakeholders towards achieving the objective of project.• Establish relationships with key stakeholders at district, sub-district and national levels in order to facilitate the project implementation and information exchange.• Develop grant proposals and capitalize on new funding opportunities.• Meeting with local, state and national agencies for future program development.

1) Market research on specific behavior of rural households on money management leading to development of Financial Capability Index by GIZ in collaboration with NABARD.2) Interaction with members of PACS, MFI, SHG and Informal Groups to collect their unbiased opinion on different priorities of different households related to savings, expenditure & investment thus categorizing the households from best preferred to least preferred in money management.

Key tasks at Sarthak Microfinance include:1) Oversee management and delivery of Balajee Sewa Sansthan’s livelihood finance & Microenterprise Development Program;2) Form new branches, manage existing branches, recruit, train and manage branch staff, and ensure portfolio growth wit h quality;3) Oversee development and delivery of new, innovative pilot projects and programs to increase the impact and scalability of program ;4) Manage partnerships with other community -based organizations & stakeholders from development sector in the field;5) Helping in business development activities and supporting the implementation of advisory services projects as a technical expert ;6) Identify additional sources of funding for new projects by interacting with donors and the private sector as well as development sector financial institutions;7) Organize training program on subject related matters for concerned stakeholders working for community development in Uttarakhand;8) Financial and operational measurement,modeling and forecasting.

1) Assist the MFI in implementing the portfolio risk management tools developed designed to: a) Monitor and evaluate performance indicators of the portfolio and study the trends for business growth, product acceptance, product cycle stage, and risk levels; b) Ensure that overall business plan objectives are met and advise management through timely reports; c) Produce the risk management reports; d) Evaluate the credit process flow to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate the implementation of the corrective tools. 2) Monitor and review loan officer productivity levels; 3) Support top management of Mimoza Enterprises in conducting on-going review and analysis of the credit portfolio of the MFI;4) Document the processes related with the implementation of Risk analysis tool in MFI; 5) Support in coordination with the internal audit unit of Mimoza and other MFI business units the preparation of the contingency plans as required by different risk scenarios; 6) Support the implementation of transactional risk tools (credit scoring) to support the development of strategies in the organization for client acquisition, portfolio growth, account maintenance and recoveries; 7) Support the organization in the identification of operational and market related risks, generating the adequate documentation and control tools where applicable; 8) Collaborate in the development of policy and process guidelines for new products or commercial initiatives;9) Managing relationship with external stakeholders through sources of communication like monthly reports & newsletters.
