·        Wire harness design, wiring, routing for Analog and Digital Sensors.·        Develop, impalement and maintain various architecture of wiring and documentation for the wiring. ·        Installing wire harnesses and components in panels and other assemblies.·        Knowledge on wiring by cutting, sorting, color-coding, labelling, measuring, stripping, crimping.·        Routing various lengths, types and gauges of wire, heat-shrink and other related materials and them on work instructions.·        Using and maintenance of tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, solder iron, wire identification and heat guns and associated tools.·        Testing, System Integration and Harnessing of C&I panel’s with Sensors.·        Interfacing of sensors like Masi bus, EPV’s, PT’s, RTD’s, with NI cDAQ instrumentation.·        Knowledge on harnessing components like Connectors, SMPS, wires, relays, fuse etc.,·        Experience in wiring harness.·        Debugging, Hardware bug tracking and support through production and test.
