As the first product person in EECA's Clean Tech co-funding programme, I was responsible for setting up product vision, strategy and OKRs. I developed a continuous product discovery and delivery process and coached my cross-functional squad to deliver outcomes using the process.Results:1. Designed and delivered two co-funding products for SMEs to switch to clean energy equipment in 2023.2. Developed automated online application systems for instant co-funding approvals.4. Delivered more than 50 co-funded projects worth over $3m for SMEs to switch from fossil fuel equipment.5. I led the development of an access to finance case builder to help small businesses develop customised business cases for bank lending.3. I was responsible for maintaining research relationships with universities and running market and evaluative research projects for business.govt.nz.2. Through research projects, I contributed to customer and product insights at business.govt.nz.

Management modules on the topics of Operations strategy, Business strategy2. Funding explorer tool to help small businesses in New Zealand options for accessing finance/capital.3.
