Corporate ETP/EHS matters and Compliance monitoringSpecial Assignment: Coordinate for the Group Distilleries Operation, procurement and maintenance with Commercial and finance.Key Functional Area• Planning & Execution• Annual planning and preparation of overhead, maintenance, and OPEX budgets for the effective operation of waste treatment facilities and pollution control devices & Resource management with respect to ground water, energy and waste generation.• Close monitoring of treatment plant operations with designed parameters to meet with the environmental norms.• Planning for up gradation / augmentation of existing treatment system to achieve the ZLD norms and safety measures within the manufacturing units.• Technological excellence& Project management• Core team member of distillery technical team for selection & finalization of technologies and systems and day to day monitoring of process.• Taking initiatives for cost saving/process chemical saving.• Handling projects of Biogas/Bio Energy, Biogas Engine, Bio composting, Multi effect Evaporator, Condensate Polishing Unit with RO & UV system, Sulphate Removal System, STP, Rainwater Harvesting, Water Conservations etc.• Environmental Regulations & EHS compliance• Close Monitoring of Environmental compliance of all the units and report submission to management & authorities.• EIA /EMP and Environmental Clearance work from MOEF &CC for new projects and expansions.• Ensure all NOC, Consents, and Clearance from different departments in time.• Compliance reporting to the authority at stipulated interval.• Process Improvement• Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations of treatment plants at maximum efficiency.• Analyzing various processes / applications; ensuring optimum utilization of available resources, input cost (Chemical, steam, power etc.) and improvement in efficiency.• EHS Management Systems implementation• Implement
