A dynamic, experienced and innovative professional, Ram brings a valuable range of expertise ranging from Aviation (MRO & Airlines) to IT Infra (Cloud Infra & Saas Platforms) and landed up at contributing to build a startup.Ram started his career at Airworks Engieering India Pvt Ltd, the first MRO of India. He supported Airworks seeking DGCA & EASA 145 compliances, contributed in developing the engineering procedures. His experience includes extensive exposure to dock & material planning, technical records, technical services, inventory & stores and further was involved in drafting contracts & pricing services under business development department.Post Airworks, he joined Spicejet Airlines as Planning Engineer responsible for Aircraft Maintenance Program, Base Line Evaluation, setting up ERP systems, DGCA liaison and handling regulatory audits. He was involved in several aircraft inductions & headed the base maintenance of both Boeing & Bombardier fleet. Rama lead the team to develop the first maintenance program of Q400 aircrafts and steered it through regulatory acceptance. He holds the pride of migrating the Boeing AMP from MSG 2 to 3 concept, which resulted in great savings in operational revenue.Ram branched off to diverse field and role post his Executive MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Myra School Of Business, Mysore. He played the role of Cloud Evangelist during his tenure at NxtGen Datacenters & Cloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, wherein he was successful in steering deals through the data security concerns and convincing the clients to move from on premise to cloud infrastructure. His strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, helped NxtGen develop sustained customer satisfaction and retention. Currently he heads the Business & Strategy of a startup organization Colossom, based out of Chennai. He looks forward to leverage all his skills and knowledge (gained and that he will continue to gain), towards building the brand “Colossom”.
