He was involved in several aircraft inductions & headed the base maintenance of both Boeing & Bombardier fleet. Rama lead the team to develop the first maintenance program of Q400 aircrafts and steered it through regulatory acceptance. He holds the pride of migrating the Boeing AMP from MSG 2 to 3 concept, which resulted in great savings in operational revenue.Ram branched off to diverse field and role post his Executive MBA in Marketing & Strategy from Myra School Of Business, Mysore. He played the role of Cloud Evangelist during his tenure at NxtGen Datacenters & Cloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, wherein he was successful in steering deals through the data security concerns and convincing the clients to move from on premise to cloud infrastructure.
