1. Understand Project business requirements and come with the solution flow 2. Analyses and Solution Agile Project End to End flow involving Product Systems, Channels, Services 3. Provide Initial Estimation Sizing(E0) for the Minimum Viable Product, Features based on sizing guidelines4. Create Users Stories with on clear acceptance criteria and walk-through with Business users, Product processor, stakeholders5. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions 6. Product Design & Solutioning and confirmation of UI/UX Desing with Business 7. Create and maintain the Product Backlog 8. Involved with Design team on the API Design 9. Create Functional Specification and walkthrough with stakeholders 10. Address and resolve project-related issues, escalate to stakeholders where necessary 11. Review Test cases 12. Gather Nonfunctional requirements

• Analyze new and existing products, procedures, and come up with the Gaps & workflow needs• Identify, verify and document functional requirements using requirements management methodology and tools• Define and draft systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of business requirements and industry standards• Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements; provide traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions• Analyze, design/redesign, implement, and document business processes• Responsible for conducting and analyzing feasibility studies/impact assessments regarding implementation of IT solutions• Train the developers to have a clear and complete understanding of the requirements• Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications• Review & ensure testing scenario results provide adequate coverage and quality solutions• Review and ensure that requirements and processes meet established quality standards• Develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials; supplement materials when necessary• Build and maintain business requirements repository• Deploy test environment and conduct final acceptance tests for solutions• Interface study and defining file formats.• Co-Coordinating with Product Management Team to enhance new Functionalities into Core Product.• Provide customization efforts.• Manage Project on the Functional part. Present updates and Demo on changes required• Perform impact analysis.• Ensuring that the deliverables are tested timely and then released to UAT as per the project schedule.• Closely work with Delivery Managers and Top management on both the sides for implementation and delivery for reviewing deliverables and project time lines.
