● Closely work with Client & Account Managers/Hiring Managers.● Building and executing a variety of sourcing plans to fulfill the client needs.● Managing the interview process to Offer negotiations and closures.● Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum.● Follow up with client for offered candidates and on boarding process● Resource utilization- Ensure team meet daily/ weekly/ monthly targets of submitting according to job coverage.● Compile and make consolidated recruiting matrix reports and send it to Recruiting Manager on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis for relevant client.● Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.● Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual and group targets.● Interacting with clients getting new requirements and closing positions within the time frame.● Handling totally 10 field Recruiters
