Payroll & P2P •Handled payroll for over 5 years covering 18 countries and 22 legal entities.•Worked on salary migration of 4500 employees from EDS to MphasiS under various countries, similarly worked in bringing PF accumulations of EDS employees from Chennai, Pune, Mumbai to Bangalore.•In depth knowledge of various countries Payroll, labour laws, statutory rules. Worked on setting up payroll in US, UK, Belgium, Srilanka, France, Swiss, Australia and New Zealand. •Developed very good business relationship with all overseas vendors to ensure that all statutory reports, compliances are met within the due date.•Worked on various process improvements to achieve organizations goals and eliminate wastages, achieve cost reduction.•Ensured that statutory compliances are met in all countries, timely payment of taxes and filing of monthly, annual returns.Procured to pay (P2P)•Heading Global accounts payable (AP) of 40 employees and taking care of supplier payment, accounting of supplier bills.•Supplier payments of 18 countries are managed from Bangalore with over 6000 monthly bill booking and vendor payment.•Developed tracker to capture supplier queries and address them within 48 hours of SLA. •Worked with Newgen software provider to develop Invoice scanner, Notification to supplier for having received invoices. Notification to suppliers on payment status, tracking process efficiencies etc.,•Stopped the paper movement from table to table and achieved paperless office.•Achieved 100% of TAT. All suppliers are paid within the due date as per the agreed (PO) terms.•Statutory forms like –Form16A, Form-1099 has been issued to supplier within the due date

Responsibilities:•Payroll of all employees including Executive, Workers and Senior Management Staff.•Timely issue of Form-16, PF statement and Salary payment on due date. •Managed PF & SAF trust – Including investment of funds. •Responsible for ledger analysis, preparation of various schedules and attending to audit requirements and very strong in income tax salary and labour laws. Worked in various functions like – inventory management, costing, budgeting, accounts payable and payroll.

•Responsible for bank reconciliation, preparation of accounts schedules, work on inter-company accounts, preparation of P&L and balance sheet and accounts reconciliation.Achievements:•Account reconciliation of major supplier accounts. This has helped the Management to recovery the old outstanding dues of suppliers. Cleared nearly 2 years of Bank Reconciliation in record time.
