★Accurately Perform & maintain required properties of drilling fluid to optimize drilling operations.★Detailed Mud testing both chemical and physical tests and product recommendations on assigned project(s), to ensure that the drilling fluid meets the specifications outlined in the Drilling Fluids Program. ★To Perform additional Pilot testing of the fluid in order to improve/ optimize/ adapt treatments and minimize fluid and related drilling problems.★Prepare Daily Mud Report containing a brief but detailed summary of the past 24 hours operation, mud treatment & discussions,Well Site Inventory, Daily Mud Volume Accounting & Daily Product Concentrations.★Maintain a product inventory on location with sufficient products to meet all fluid- related requirements of the project.★Compliance with all HSE policies, and participation in the safety programs.★Regular discussion of required Mud treatments as per Drilling operations/Optimum drilling with Office.★Communication with the delivering warehouse on product availability for each drilling interval and any specialty chemicals required for the well.★Prepare Well recap, Phase Reports, Chemicals Consumption for each phase, Problem encountered during drilling & Causes Reports,& Well Completion Report with recommendation & Lesson Learned for Future Planning.
