Vendor Master Specialist

Responsible for vendor master data end-to-end process like – VMD team handling, creation, modification, deactivation, block, Mass update, data validation, banking validation, vendor cleaning activity, data cleansing, project handling, auditing, training, maintain process TAT & SLA, SOPs, MIS & reporting, email handling, meetings, handling new ad-hoc projects, process improvement, etc.Working knowledge of ERP's – SAP EP21, SAP S4 Hana, Oracle, AX2012, ServiceNow, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) – DUNS, SWIFT Tool, Bankers Almanac, AEB scanning, MS Office, MS outlook, etc.

Master Data Controller is responsible for Master Data object setup, modification and maintenance in various platforms, such as AX2012, Oracle and SAP S4 Hana, SAP EP21.Responsible for vendor master data end-to-end process like – VMD team handling, creation, modification, deactivation, block, Mass update, data validation, banking validation, vendor cleaning activity, data cleansing, project handling, auditing, training, maintain process TAT & SLA, SOPs, MIS & reporting, email handling, meetings, handling new ad-hoc projects, process improvement, etc.

Accounts payable and Vendor master data• Responsible for cycle of finance and accounting functions (P2P) including vendor invoice processing, vendor payment, vendor helpdesk.• Responsible for timely closure of all Invoices: PO invoices, Non-Po invoices, BCD invoices, utility bills, statutory payments, etc. & vendor queries.• Part of transition for F&A process for a large manufacturing client and successfully streamlined Procure to Pay process (Accounts payable – AP IP).• SAP invoice process successfully transitioned completed in Nov’17.• Responsible for getting the invoices payments within agreed SLA.• Ensure quality with accuracy in closing all the activities within agreed TAT.• Identify areas of cost savings and implement them in the process.• Training new team members and responsible for end to end closure of their learning path.• MIS reporting, dashboard sharing, reporting monthly performance of AP team.• Create process flow chart, SOP. (Manual documents)• Handling a team of 18 people. (6 months during the transition)• Validate, create and maintain vendor master data records.
