- Procuring melting scrap materials through e-auction, local procurement and import- Procurement of ferro alloys and graphite- Handle contract with the vendor in co-ordination with general Purchasing terms.- Co-ordinate with Planning, production, finance, Machine Shop and Machining Vendor.- Vendor development and Supplier quality evaluation with team- Cost Saving by alternative sourcing, new vendor development and close watch over major raw material price of vendor end to end. - Localization for imported parts for cost reduction- Value Engineering for cost reduction and reduce complication too.- Day to day material feeding and casting quality problem co-ordination with Supplier.- Develop Supplier with close co-ordination and technical help for critical parts.

- Raising RFQs, POs, and development orders to the appropriate supplier.- Placement on trial order- Handle contract with the vendor in co-ordination with NDA, QAA, and general Purchasing terms, scrap materials.- Co-ordinate with production, finance, Machine Shop and Machine Vendor.- Vendor development and Supplier quality evaluation with team- Cost Saving by alternative sourcing, new vendor development and close watch over major raw material price of vendor. Value Engineering for cost reduction and reduce complication too.- Day to day material feeding and casting quality problem co-ordination with Supplier and quality for salvages or effective CAPA for avoid of problems. - Inventory control, Just in Time delivery.

- Purchasing different types of raw material, tool, electricals, electronics, stores consumable, etc.- Development of a Pattern for the brake drum and brake discs.- Development of a supplier best in quality, pricing & services for all components (Cylinder block, Pressure plates, brake plate and steering knuckles)- Raising RFQs, POs, and development orders to the appropriate supplier.- Handle contract with the vendor in co-ordination with NDA, QAA, general Purchasing terms.- Co-ordinate with production, finance, sales & marketing departments.- Analyzing potentiality and capacity, bringing in new ideas & innovations from the supplier base and thus identifying and tracking of savings projects in Business Warehouse.- Calculation and Maintenance of quotations, pricing sheets, agreement status, action plans, contract reviews and various quality reports. Visit and evaluate the supplier with the team- Execute Trouble shooting in case of delivery problem, support in case of quality problem.- Casting and forging planning against dynamic change in customer requirement.- Documentation co-ordination with quality and vendor
