Design and facilitate engaging and interactive training programs/roadmaps tailored to the needs of the brewery staff, including Safety, Quality, Operators, Maintenance, and Management.Develop training materials/resources, including Standard Operating Procedures, Decision Flows, Checklists, Reference Guides, etc., to support learning objectives and enhance comprehension of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.Collaborate with Department Leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs and opportunities for skills development across multiple departments.Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they have a solid understanding of Production Operations, culture, training expectations, and safety procedures.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and observation, and make adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to brewing operations and training methodologies.Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the brewery, encouraging staff to pursue opportunities for growth and skill enhancement.Serve as a resource and mentor to brewery staff, providing guidance and support in areas such as performance improvement, conflict resolution, and team communication.

Setting, cleaning and preparing multiple machines for operators. (Caser/ Sealer, Box-Maker, Filler and Palletizer). Responsible for performing all duties related to production, position relieves operators while they are on vacation or break.Accurately document all production information, keep in contact regularly with co-workers and supervisors. Analyze data and equipment performance, troubleshoot, sanitize fillers and complete lab testing. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following Good Manufacturing Practices, willingness to adapt to multiple workplace environments.

Perform assigned duties in warehouse, selecting customized orders and complete order receipts. Loading and unloading product to specific slots or trailers, maintain proper order and keep items in sequence.Read work orders and maintain a log containing customer information. (I.e., Customer Info, order number, load number, temperature, date and time, etc.)Perform general physical activities including sorting and moving products and materials by hand or by operating assigned machinery.

Insert blank cardboard sheets into machine that glued and formed cartons for product.Counted specific number of cardboard sheets per order and used general math skills. Case and seal product efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring problem solving management and maintenance.Ensure correct documentation and correct log work at the end of each shift. (I.e., Date code, expiration date, proper product, exact quantity, etc.)Maintaining a clean work environment and adhered to all safety regulations.
