-Leading a team handling Air India flight operations at Muscat.Air India is a major operator at Muscat International Airport operating 27 flights a week.-Ensuring service delivery for a high volume of diverse customer base [ 400 Passengers / 05 hours ] everyday .-Heading Airport operations with day-to-day function comprising efficient management of customer touch points/operational units – check-in, transfer, STPC, boarding, baggage handling, load and trim, ramp operations etc for a smooth handling of flights in coordination with various Airport agencies. -Constantly involved in devising strategies for process improvements based on customer feedback and operational challenges. -Job involves generating MIS reports, performance report – analysis and improvement.-Been in the forefront in addressing all customer related issues and have strived for an amicable closure. -Efficiently handled many Airport crisis – prolonged flight disruption due industrial dispute / indefinite delays / diversion / medical emergency etc.-Handled VVIP flights-Experience in handling cargo – Coordinating with Cargo agents, prioritizing cargo movement, handling special cargo, overseeing entire airport process from acceptance to loading and to delivery, addressing customer and agencies feedback and complaints. -Monitor in-flight catering functions with regard to process checks, menu presentations, in-flight delivery and stock maintenance.-Areas of expertise include identifying training needs, efficient scheduling of manpower, conducting in house trainings.
