- Supported on product development.- Responsible for the development of new product components.- Managed documents related to the product lifecycle, such as part drawings and the bill of materials (BOM), test and assembly documents, and other product engineering reports.- Provided technical support on solving problems indentified through Quality Notifications that were raised during project manufacturing and assembly.- Negotiated impacts of new designs and revisions with internal clients such as Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain teams.- Presented revision recommendations for a Change Control Board. - Performed technical analysis to aid product development, and wrote reports based on those analysis.- Analyzed the product's process flow and proposed improvements on the processes using Lean tools (VSM and A3 Report), gaining costs and lead time reduction on the project.

- Supported process improvements and helped communicate to the team the importance of those changes.- Planned weekly schedules of preventive and corrective maintenances and negotiated opportunity windows for its execution. - Conceived action plans, using the 5W2H tool, for work orders backlog reduction and prioritized critical activities. - Managed key performance indicators (KPIs), keeping it updated and reporting the results. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of both equipment failures and processes bottlenecks through the 5 Whys method and Ishikawa Diagram.
