Product Design | Development | Injection Molding Design With over 16 years of experience in plastic product and mold design, I am a Design Section Head at ITALTECH FOR MOLDS, a leading company in the field of injection molding for different industries. I have extensive knowledge and skills in computer-aided design (CAD),design for manufacturing (DFM), and computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis,as well as project management and supervision of the full cycle of molds manufacturing. I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams of product designers, engineers, and manufacturing personnel to develop innovative and cost-effective mold designs that met client specifications and quality standards. I have also utilized various CAD software and other drafting tools to create detailed 3D models of plastic injection molds, (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Solid edge, Autodesk Moldfolw analysis and GOelan cam software ) considering factors such as part geometry, cooling channels, injection types, and ejection mechanisms. I have applied geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles,supported design verification plan and report (DVP&R) testing activities, and presented DFM and CAE reports. My mission is to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions for complex and challenging plastic product and mold design projects.
