Implementing and Administrating the company OBT for different clients, accessing relevant tools and solutions for everyproject, managing new features and integrations.• Traveling Worldwide for Global Sales and Implementation opportunities.• Hands on Training with end users.• Managing the tool per the TMC’s internal needs.• Designing user story/workflows.• Designing required flow and SRS for new Modules/Features/Interface integrations for the tool.• Supporting and Escorting PMO’s and CSM’s in the implementation process.• Understanding client’s needs and implementing them in the best, most efficient and user-friendly way.• Implementing projects from A-Z – Design to Delivery.• Monitoring production bugs, defining severity for the development team.• Manual QA - Functional, GUI, Compatibility, Regression and Sanity Testing.

• Managing multiple projects parallelly, working on multiple tasks simultaneously.• Prioritizing tasks among various projects, taking into account both the company's needs, as well as the client's.• Set goals and objectives for each project.• Accompanying the projects from the plan and design stages - until full implementation is done. Workingclosely with all relevant departments.• Accompanying end customers throughout the different projects, ensuring maximum satisfaction.• Manual QA - Functional, GUI, Compatibility, Regression and Sanity Testing
