About Randall Macdonald

During my 15 years of employment as a Canadian Forces (CF) Geo Tech, I have utilized ESRI software from 9.0 to 10.8, and recently completed upgrading to ArcPro. That is coupled with superior Excel skills utilized while managing Geo Spatial Data. Further I have a large retraining benefit from the CF, which I’m willing to dedicate towards attaining additional skills as required. I’ve worked in several service positions since being a CF Geo Tech, starting with creating Geo products responding to customer requests and worked my way up to lead the team of 9. I’m finishing my military career by re-organizing the way that the CF will train future GIS Specialists. One of my best experiences was overseas in England for three years, where I was the first Canadian Geo Tech to be sent to the NATO Intelligence Fusion Centre. There I lead a team of 13 Geo Spatial Analysts supporting efforts in Afghanistan. I’m eager to join your team, and will bring to bare the dedication, knowledge, and skills gained by a combined 37 years of service benefiting Canada’s citizens.
